CASE 11

CASE 10

Treatment performed by Dr. Dan Hagi (Toronto, Canada) This patient had two missing lateral incisors. There was not enough bone volume to place the ceramic implants, so it was necessary to perform a bone graft on each side. Once the bone graft was solid, the volume was good enough to place the CeraRoot 12 zirconia implants. It is expected to see the gum filling up the space in between teeth, also known as papila. CASE 9

Extraction of two lower incisors. There was alveolar bone resorption. Bone expanders were used to expand as much as possible the sockets. The last twist drill used was 3.5. Two CeraRoot 12 of 10mm were used. The last xray and intraoral images showing the final 3-unit bridge on top of two ceraroot implants is 2 and a half years post op. The soft tissue looks really healthy and stable around the ceramic implants after two years.

Extraction of upper lateral incisor. Bone and soft tissue graft in the socket to give more volume on the same day. During the healing time of the socket, the patient starts #Invisalign (orthodontic) treatment to close the diastema (gap) between the central incisors. After 6 months of ortho treatment, the CeraRoot 12 implant is placed. After 4 months of healing, the ortho treatment is finished and the final all-ceramic crown cemented. Case performed by Dr. Abdy Moshrefy - Beverly Hills, CA.

CASE 7

The removal of the upper lateral incisors was necessary to remove apical infections. There was a very thin buccal plate that was grafted using bone particle. After 5 months the patient decided to have all “Really White” ceramic crowns on the upper and lower maxilla. The patient is really happy after 5 years in function.

CASE 6

No pictures from the surgical phase. Picture on the top shows the abutment with very healthy gingival tissue. The picture is taken right after removing the temporary crown showing temporary cement particles. An all ceramic crown is finally placed on the CeraRoot 12 implant. Xray was done on day of surgery. Clinical case performed by Dr. Ali Farahani, Canada.

CASE 5

Removal of old non esthetic two unit bridge, placement of CeraRoot 12 in the missing lateral incisor area. The patient is restored with a bridge. The bridge is sustained by the canine and there is no load on the zirconia implant. After 4 months of healing, two individual crowns are cemented, one on the canine tooth and one crown on the implant. Clinical case performed by Dr. Alejandro Herrera, Spain

CASE 4

Extraction and immediate placement of CeraRoot 12.

CASE 3

Extraction of upper left lateral incisor. Immediate placement of CeraRoot 12 zirconia implant. After 4 months, the all-ceramic crown is cemented.
